- 1In QuickBooks Online, open Transactions, then Bank transactions.
- 2Select the account, then 'Link account' → 'Upload from file' (on an already-connected account, use the dropdown beside 'Update').
- 3Upload the .ofx file you downloaded here and pick the account it belongs to.
- 4Review the imported rows in For Review, then accept them. QuickBooks matches anything it already knows about, so previously-recorded transactions won't double up.
