Questions

The awkward ones

Which one should I pick?

If you're converting one statement, don't pick anything — convert it, and pay $3 only if it's longer than 3 pages. The packs and plans are for people doing this weekly.

Do credits expire?

No. One-time pages sit on your credit key until you spend them. Subscription pages are added each period and unused ones roll over for as long as you subscribe.

What's the difference between monthly and yearly?

Price and timing, nothing else. A yearly plan costs ten months' money for twelve months' pages, and credits the whole year's allowance on the day you subscribe instead of a twelfth of it each month. The allowance, the rollover and the cancellation terms are identical.

Should I buy a pack or subscribe?

Packs are for work that arrives in bursts — a year-end, an audit, a one-off clean-up — and never expire. Subscriptions are cheaper per page and suit a steady monthly load. No plan on this page costs more per page than any pack, so if you convert every month, subscribing is always the better rate.

How do I use credits without an account?

Every purchase gives you a credit key on a page you can bookmark. The converter stores it in your browser, so uploads on that device unlock straight away. Paste the key on any other device to use the same balance.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — within 14 days, for any reason, including “it read my statement wrong”. Email hello@statements2excel.com.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Any time, from the link on your Stripe receipt. Pages you've already been credited stay on your key.
